We applied obscenity rules to prosecute child porn. In 1978, Congress enacted a law that prohibited the production of child porn devoid of evidence of obscenity, but the legislation was limited to product developed for pecuniary revenue. It wasn't until eventually soon after 1982, if the Supreme Courtroom held that child porn may very well be prose
